Salim Ivomas Pratama Product Manager Job Vacancy
As a subsidiary of Indofood Group & one of the largest National Companies in Palm Oil Plantation and Consumer Goods, we are looking for qualified, self motivated and dynamic professionals to fill up the following positions:
Product Manager – North Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Manage brand development by creating & executing product development program to generate consistent sales and profit growth.
- Provide performance analytics on marketing program activities, including identification of market trends, opportunities and development areas, to drive continuous innovation and optimization the marketing programs
- Provide strategies and tactics for the field sales representatives, and establish innovative methods for addressing brand awareness through the market
- In close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs / opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Male/ female, Max age. 35 years old.
- Min 3 years brand management experience, with solid marketing background in Consumer Goods Company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ,including strong presentation skills
- Detail oriented, strong quantitative and analytical ability
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent planning, analysis, project and budget management skills, with experience managing multiple projects against a timeline
- Excellent skill to communication in English
