Especially in the Contact Center, we provide outsourcing services for managing the Customer Relations Management (CRM) through the activities of inbound and outbound contact center by utilizing the latest communication technology via telephone, sms, email, website, and chat. Call Center Officer Telkomsel

Responsibilities

* Serving of calls from customers with good
* Provide information needed for customers associated with the product Telkomsel
* Handling complaints well
* Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers

Requirements

* Male / Female
* 35 Years Maximum age at recruitment
* Minimum education D3 any major, GPA min 2.50
* Willing to work shift
* Having a good quality sound / clear articulation
* Have the skills to use computers
* Excellent proficiency in English
* Able neat and clean
* Have a general knowledge about the product Telkomsel
* Graduated from the entire series of selection tests
* Having a call center experience preferred
